Wildwood
Ranch has facilities available
for rent to organizations for weekend retreats or week long camps. The primary
groups that utilize our facilities are church youth groups, church board
planning sessions, leadership training seminars,
outdoor education programs, band camps
and college fellowship groups. Wildwood is open year-round, but from Memorial
Day through the second week of August we limit rentals to weekends
only.
Wildwood Ranch is situated on over 240 wooded acres that feature two
private lakes, natural wetlands and beautiful nature trails. The facilities
described below will accommodate up to 178 campers.
- Creekside Cabins -
Cherokee, Otttawa, Creek, & Huron Cabins
house 14 people each in comfortable twin size bunks with
plenty of open living space and an indoor bathroom and
shower facility.
Fox
& Crow Cabins
house 14 people each in comfortable twin size bunks with
plenty of open living space and an indoor bathroom that
includes a commode and sink. (Separate shower facilities
are available in our Bath House conveniently located within
easy walking distance).

- The Oak Ridge Lodge
is a unique facility housing 4 separate cabins in one
building (North, South, East, West). Each cabin houses 15
people in comfortable twin size bunks in a large open space
design. The building is designed with 2 cabins on each side
connected with an interior hallway which allows for both
genders to be housed in the same facility. There are 2 large
indoor bathroom & shower facilities located on each side as
well. This facility sleeps up to 60 people. The lodge is our
most popular facility and is located with a picturesque view
beside one of our two private lakes.

The Arrowhead Cabin is
designed to allow for a cozy, home-like atmosphere. Set up
as a “mini-apartment” this facility will house 9 people.
There are 4 bedrooms each equipped with comfortable twin
bunk beds. An indoor bathroom including all the usual
amenities, providing a bathtub and shower combination.
Curl-up on one of the over-sized couches in the sitting room
/ kitchenette combination area. The kitchenette includes a
working stovetop, microwave, mini-fridge, sink, and food
preparation surfaces. This facility is uniquely designed for
those smaller retreat groups looking for a “home away from
home feel” or for those Pastors looking for a place for some
much needed rest and solitude.

Kootenay Hall
is a multi-use facility that is used for dining as well as
for a large meeting room. Our friendly and helpful staff
will prepare restaurant quality meals for your group to
enjoy. Snacks are also available upon request for a small
additional charge. The hall comfortably holds 120 people and
is an easy walk from all sleeping facilities.
